I suppose that there is no such thing as Mr Efimov's "Social Contract" at all. Russia is not corporation entitled "USA", but natural nation,based on real ethnic identity and richest world culture, not on French-like "Social Contract between Commoners and Rulers" in manner of Mr Rousseau.
