In 08.08.08 Georgian president made the most remarkable discovery in International law - any democratical goverment can use a weaponary of the mass destruction against any local skeptical manority " as a defense of Europe ". Such essential nonsense or "correction" was largely supported by presidents of the USA,Poland, Ukraina, and Baltic States. After 36 hours after agression, Russia used army in order to stop mass murder in Tzinchinvalli,but was emotionally defined as " an agressor" . Western mass media used absolutely wrong analogies with Chechoslovakia of 1968. And Leader of Germany was so impressed by new development in International Law that Georgia was immediately invited to be member of NATO.
Today, when Russia made another Noble step in recognision of Osetia and Abchazia, West tries to destroy entirely international law as a reasonable system of coexistence.
Indeed, let us imagine ( in good agreement with I.Kant's imperative ) that correction by Saakashvili - Bush became the universal norm of international law. Thus, any western and pro-western goverment have a right to use a weaponary of the mass destruction against any ethnic manority. Any attempts to stop mass murder must face with military action of NATO, and USA as well as with economic sanctions by EU and ,probably, UN. Hence, what kind of international law we have today if such sort of things is possible !? It is true grotesque , the end of any international law,taking seriously. It is the collapse of any form of post-Renaissance humanism and civilized development.
