An attempt of rediscovery of scientific atheism propaganda (after 18 years of USSR collapse) was made in the form www.atheismcampaign.org in the West. A new kind of counter-intuitive institute,probably, is needed, for example in the form of some futuristic centre, say -"Field / polevoi/ University" with following structure:

Faculty of Critique of Sc Atheism and
Integrability
Faculty of Experimental Theology
Faculty of Divine Rights

It is suppose that Soviet experience of Sci Atheism can be tested again but in more rational form.
